Question:
i bought a herbal cleanse formula in liquid form and dont like it.
anyone have a brand they like? i have a GNC and Vitamin World in my
area...oh and i have whole foods. also, do you take it when the book
says to take it? or follow the packaging directions. this confused me
with the herbal cleanse.

Health will take it back even if you opened it if you dont like it. I
like that. They give you store credit I think. I just have a pill
one, the aloe vera is bad enough, dont force yourself to do a liquid
herbal cleanse too.
The headache is a sign that the detox is working. Stick in there,
Drink lots of distilled water, and find what works for you, for me it
was to keep moving, but gently. It will go away, I started a headache
on day one and it finally passed on day 4. It was the hardest part of
the whole detox. BUT WORTH it! Do not take anything for your
headache because it really won't work, some of those meds have caffine
and you want to avoid that if you can. Hang in there Elle. We are

headache is a good thing you are detoxing from caffeine and sugar ,, keep
going it will pass... I think I took excedrin the first day...
