Question:
I have written on here a few times, but tomorrow is my
offical start date as long as my health food store is stocked today!!
Just a few things I am confused about.
1) the book says that you will be drinking ONE berry drink per day but the
scedule shows one at 830 and one at 230 (which I am assuming is a misprint and
its 430)? BUT it says at 830 High Density Antixodiant Berry Drink and at 430
High Dentisty Antioxidant OR berry drink?
Is it two differnt things or am I drinking the same thing twice a day?
2) The herbal cleansing formula you are drinking what brand should I get?
There seem to be alot to choose form.
3) 6pm-the soup we are making it says 1 cup broth 1 cup homemade soup? is
this not the same thing...I am having 2 cups of the soup that I make?
4) Aloe Vera- The store I went to had capsules but I read you should be
drinking the liquid Can anyone tell me a brand so I can call around to find one!
And lastly, sorry so many questions
The Kidney Cleanse Drink followed by the Marshmellow Root Tea...the book
says 3 times during the 21 day detox, but it shows 4 times? Altough one of them
just says Kidney Cleanse NOT drink? Is that a procedure? Is it a misprint what
is everyone doing about that? I am a bit confused
And the brushing of the skin, does it have to be a special vegetable brush?
Can't I use a dry bristle brush the wooden handles ones? They use them at the
spas? I have one from a spa I just wont wet it.
Sorry again, I really need to do this and I amr eally excited, I even made
my colonic appointments first one is tomorrow I AM SO NERVOUS!!!

well I can only answer a couple of the questions and hope this helps
I drink two berry drinks a day and yeah there are alot of confusing
things about the bok I also was confused
the herbal cleansing formula i dont really know about because i
thought i could be any form but later i found out that it was
somrthing in specific
the soup you kinda eat at 6 is one thing and the broth they say is the
same juice you made it in so you take alittle of the broth and mix it
in with the soup in the blender and the rest of the broth you drink
the aloe vera I dont think really matter in the brand but anyways I
got this brand called FRUIT OF THE EARTH ue
1) I am just using the various drinks interchangeably. When I feel
like berry. I have berry. When I feel like essential greens, I have
essential greens. I think the point is to eat the largest variety of
veggies possible in these supplements. I only do the berry one once a
day though, since it seems like it is more of a treat to have fruit.
All of mine are Garden Greens brand (the brand Dr. Roni sold on her
website). If you look on www.evitamins.com, they have them for sale
so you can see what the packaging looks like. I love the berry splash
and her flavored veggie ones. If you can, do not get the "natural"
flavor--so nasty!
2) the herbal supplements are also by garden greens. They come two
bottles in a box (day/night) and they are called 24 hour inner
cleanse. They have them on the GNC website, so again, you can see
what they look like. I would go to GNC store and see what you can
find in Garden Greens brand if you want to be consistent with Dr.
Roni's book.
3) I don't get hung up on exact times. I think she made the schedule
to emphasize all that you should be consuming and the fact that you
should be consuming every 2 hours. I generally eat something every
two hours, drink tons of water, have my soup for lunch instead of
dinner because that's when I am more hungry, usually cannot finish my
soup and do not drink the broth, sip teas throughout the day instead
of necessarily at each meal. . . In other words, I do what works for
me and listen to my body, but do not stray at all from making sure the
content, as opposed to timing or quantity, of my diet is strictly
consistent with her plan.
4) Dr. Roni advises you to separate the veggies from the broth after
you make your soup and put a cup of the veggies in the blender. It is
nice having both, because it is like two different soups. My first
soup had a green soup and purple broth so I felt like I was having a
variety. Today, I got more creative and made a more tomato-based
soup. I simmered them until they got almost dissolved and put the
whole thing in the blender for a change of pace. Hopefully that is
okay too. As I said above, though, I usually do not drink the broth
because I get so full on the soup. That's why today I tried mixing
them all up.
5) I got my Aloe Vera juice in a jug at Trader Joe's. If you don't
have that chain where you live, I imagine you need to go to a Whole
Foods, Wild Oats or a health food store that sells lots organic food
and herbal supplements.
6) I am going to do the kindey cleanse once a week, not four times.
7) I bet your spa brush IS a vegetable fibre brush, you just didn't
realize it when you bought it. If it has a wooden handle and
yellowish hard bristles, that's it. And it feels great!
