Question: Have you done--or known someone else who did--detox diet? What did it
consist of? How long did you do it? What was the hardest/easiest part
of the process? Why did you do it? What were the results? Would you do
it again? Why or Why not? What advice would you give others
considering this type of diet?
Answer: The detox diet is utter crap. there is no evidence that the detox diet helps
at all. The conjecture behind the theory is from the middles ages (well,
perhaps it is older). It has not scientific support at all.
My advice: Eat a healthy diet and get lots of excercise.
