Question:
I've been a lurker on this site for a couple of weeks. I have had
Rosacea for almost a year now, but only found out I had it about 6 mos
ago. I was just wondering if anyone has tried a homeopathic liver
cleans detox kit, and if it worked for you. An employee at a health
foods store said to give it a try. She said if you have built up
toxins in your body/ liver (from over the years), it can come out
through your skin.

I have had my eye on the "Detox Kits" for while now. My Naturopath said the same...it wouldn't do any harm. I was thinking I could try a kit after the festive season...like a new year's resolution to detox my body of whatever is lurking around that may possibly be helping to ark up my Rosacea. They cost around AUD60, so not really that cheap. I would really like to hear from anyone who has tried one. Mind you, I suppose if I was to have the ultimate healthy diet, no stress, plenty of sleep, no sun etc etc etc it may just do the same thing?
I tried the Detox Kit and it flared me. It is a simple thing to do... just add 3 drops of water and drink all day. Sounds good and innocent lol, however something flared me and I stopped.
It may work for others wonderfully tho........
